  • As someone who has a permanent implanted sps I didn't notice anything immediately as in pain relief, I'm 44 years old with a lot of genetic disorders. But in the 4 weeks post op I'm now beginning to notice Improvements. I can walk for 3 km per day where I was basically just paralised a month ago but it also takes massive will power, determination strength, also what I found was hard to accept support from a mental standpoint. This is important.... Accept any of that support Time is also important. Patience is important Learning again is important.

Hi Ricky thank you for your video series, itā€™s been very interesting and informative. Iā€™ve just started my Nevro trial with a reduction in pain down to about 80precent. Iā€™m so happy I can walk again after being in constant pain for over a year.
  • Thanks so much for making this video. Most of the videos are older and don't give a good idea of how the new stimulators work. I am scheduled to get my trial on next Tuesday. Seeing your day 1 video helps me so much because you actually showed the device. Again thanks.
  • so glad that its helping u i'm praying that it will help me too cause the pain that i get i can't do nothing thank u for shareing this information
  • Iā€™m pending the last resort of the stimulator for my L4-5, S1ā€¦. Iā€™ve gone through the ablation once & May do that again but canā€™t find my doctor. The worst time is when Iā€™m in a vehicle so what you have said is not a good news for me. Iā€™m glad your doing better with it but Iā€™ll keep in mind about the vehicle sitting. Best of luck trulyšŸ‘šŸ»

Doing my trial Friday. I hope it works. Thank you for sharing, good info.
  • I am happy for you good luck.I need one to try but I donā€™t think my insurance will pay for it.
  • Hello, I have just learned about SCS and will be starting my trial as soon as the Dr can get it set up. (COVID making more things difficult). Anyways, I found your first video and agree everything else I found was at least a year old. I can't seem to find any updates past day 2 and I was wondering how you are doing, if you are moving forward with the permanent implant and if you have any other nuggets of information to share. God Bless.

When you say ā€œno feelingā€ do you mean like an epidural where you canā€™t feel anything at all and canā€™t move them?
