Camel milk tastes great but it's also known for its nutritional value and highly recommended for people who are lactose intolerant.

Did you know that camels have three sets of eyelids and two sets of eyebrows? Clearly, the female ones don't need mascara!😄 aah, you are smarter now!

Wow as a somali this is very inspiring. Congrats man. I have been living in Canada since i was a child and i have always dreamed of moving back to somalia to start my own camel farm. The cultural barrier and/or detachement of being away from somalia for so long has played a major role in my decision process. Many of the questions that i have pondered over the years have been answered and i would be a fool not to thank for inspiring me and educating me about this and for sharing the knowledge which you have attained in such genuine manner. I wish you the best.
  • This one definitely needs a patient farmer. I like how he breaks down the business side of things for anyone who might think of pursuing it
  • One of the things I love about the internet is the ability to hear stories from a camel farmer in Kenya while sitting at home working in medical billing in California. I love camels and would be ecstatic to work with such beautiful animals.
  • From morrocans I heard that the milk is anticancer as well as a cure. I love camels! Impressed by their endurance! Thanks for this great report!

He was so much into our culture to the point of him being nicknamed "Lchodoi" and his other name was "Supkein". I bet that man must piers Simpken! congratulations for inspiring us Mr. Piers

Interesting to see. I wonder if there is a market in making cheese from the camel milk, and adding more value to the end product, easier to transport etc.
  • Interesting Piers! Have you written any books? If not please do. I would love to read all about your life in Kenya.
