Wow... I bet there are dozens of people in that neighborhood who are quietly thanking you for cleaning this place up! Great work, as always!
  • This is what people were like when I was a kid. We took care to those who could not. These men are good citizens.

Why don't the neighbors take 10 minutes out of their day each week and mow the lawn for this lady. When my husband and next door neighbor were battling cancer, I mowed not only our lawn but my neighbors. Thank you for doing such a kind thing for this woman.
  • i watch several of these free overrun yard transformations on youtube, but i gotta say, you guys go the extra miles on your jobs. i have never seen anyone that rakes up the thick grass cuttings and pick them up and never saw anyone blow the yard to make it look ever smoother. you guys are top of the line. amazing job.

What a difference you and your father make for your community.
  • @ritafoster4958
Daniel, you and your Dad have the biggest hearts for the community and a wonderful work ethic! What a difference you have made to this badly overgrown yard. The neater the yard looks, the less likely it will attract squatters- which is a win for the neighbourhood. Well done again, guys! ❤️🇨🇦

Who ever is into house flipping should seriously considering buying. What you two have done is very commendable. You’ve given this home hope for a new life.
  • @NanaVicki1
To think someone loved that house and yard once upon a time you made the house smile one last time. Good job gentlemen God job

I click 'like' on your videos even before I watch them because I know they are going to be really good. You guys are heroes to every community you work in and also to this country. It's a really great thing you are doing and a great example for other people to follow.
  • Front door wide open, vacant neglected houses do not get better by themselves! It’s people like you who help turn things around and make people think differently, like “I wonder who owns this house” and neighbors call the city, the bank, whoever can get off the dime and MAKE A DECISION. I love your work and courage to tackle what no one else will. ❤ let the sun shine…

EVERY time I watch your channel I can't believe how hard you guys work to clean up some of the worst places in a neighborhood. Great job 👏
  • @terrileyda5346
You two men work so hard! This job probably made the whole neighborhood happy!
  • I like that you two always wear the same color shirts. You stand out as a team without wearing your logo where people can see. Good job!
  • @gmdelatorre3759
You and your Dad, did a wonderful thing... I couldn't imagine living around this house. I am sure everyone must feel some relief with this questionable house, now cleaned up. Thank you for caring, GM
  • @peggybegin8241
This whole neighborhood was blessed by your kindness and hard work. You two are the best!!!-❤😊
  • Was surprised to actually see a curb in front of the house. And all of those trees, wow. You two are such a blessing to your community 😊👍👍
  • Martin I can tell that you have raised your boys to have a good heart just like yours.
  • @Vistasabia
Couldn’t believe how green the grass was, wow what a dramatic difference 😳💯💯💯. The place looks so nice now, and thank you for shutting the front door! It was stressing me out seeing it open. Nice work guys 💚💚💚.
  • @E.Meyers
Incredible job, Martin and Daniel! Not only is the property safer, so is the neighborhood. I hope they’re grateful for your kindness and generosity. Thank you for closing the front door and putting the mailbox back up! That’s above and beyond, yet typical of how y’all treat others properties.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Daniel!! You and your Dad are a stone’s throw from 100K subs! I’m glad you guys will soon get the acknowledgment and appreciation you both richly deserve!!!
