Justin, fill up several gas cans, lol. That’s the second time you’ve run out of gas. Looks great! Hard to imagine that a landlord wouldn’t want all of that trimmed away from the house.

If I was the owner/landlord of that property, I wouldn't want any bushes or trees rubbing up against the house. I can't believe he won't let you at least trim them back a bit as they'll start damaging the structure. You'll need to get yourself a dump truck for some of these places.

Now need someone to volunteer to haul off all the trash and junk. Nothing is more depressing than nit being able to care for your yard. They should surely feel uplifted from the cleanup.

Hope they trim down the massive bush covering the entire front of the home. A reasonable chat with the owner should convince them to do it.
