  • God in Heaven thank you for letting me grow up in the 70s in Tennessee. Riding to church with my mama on a Tennessee Sunday morning listening to George n Tammy on 8 track in a '72 Rally Nova. It's like it was a dream. The world and life were so big and just different in a way that I haven't been able to find words for. We buried my mother on valentine's day 1984 , my dad in 2012 and he never remarried or dated and he raised me alone from the age of 14 when mom died and I was holding his hand when he took his last breath. As he died he rubbed my head like he used to when I was little and having a hard time with something. He'd ruffle my hair and say," it'll be alright son. " I know what true love is. And I know that when his heart beat its last and he died, he was on his way at last to find my mother as fast as he could go. I lost alot of family to car wrecks and suicides. And they were all, every one of em, sweet and loving ppl who has problems a couple of them with alcohol n stuff but their love never failed me. I know what real is. I have no love for this world now. I don't love the sky any more it's different somehow like everything else. Ppl of my generation who know what love and freedom is truly worth will not see their children's children and the little ones of this world be fed to the wicked animals that walk this world now. We will act because we can see how evil this is and had rather lose it all as to stand by and watch the monsters destroy the world and devour the innocent. We were raised by the children of the ppl who saved the world from evil. Most of them boys I've heard from my Papaw said the enemy ddnt have a chance cause there were country boys there who would not fail to kill and destroy everything and every one because there was a little black and white picture in their pockets of sweet angels waiting back across that ocean. Tell me love is weak. Tell me love isn't enough to win. And tell me good guys finish last. The wicked used the technology and information they'd gathered from the wars and plagues and disasters to see human nature and how it could be manipulated till the truth was theirs to define and ppl unknowingly are transformed into perfect slaves. They will not win. I miss my ppl. They're all nearly gone now. We'll see them again.

I'm 30 grew up on this music. Today's country I can't listen to. Maybe a few songs every now and again I can stand
  • I don't know who needs to hear this right now but remember that you did everything you could in that situation, its not your fault. Stop stressing about it and blaming yourself for things that are out of your control, I promise it will get better for you and you will find a beautiful future ahead of you. You have what it takes to endure any hardship. I wish you all peace, love and happiness ❤❣💓
  • I agree. Country music is not what it used to be!! Old classic music is the best.

Country music today isn't "Country" and that's sad. Thankfully, we have a new radio station that is playing 80's and 90's country.
  • Love the older singers an the older songs so much better then the country now
