Cream cheese topping:
one pack of Philly cream cheese softened
1/2 cup of sugar
tablespoon of lemon juice
teaspoon of vanilla
two tablespoons of maraschino cherry juice
one egg
mix well in blender

Fruit toppings:
strawberries sliced
raspberries
blackberries
blueberries
one banana
mixed nuts
whipped topping
maraschino cherries

Press out the cookie dough on a pan into a circle. Partially cook the cookie in preheated oven for 350°.
Let cool for 10 minutes
Spread the cream cheese filling on the top of the partially cooked cookie.
add the fruit and nuts.
Place back into the oven on 350° until cream cheese topping is fully cooked.
let cool for 25 minutes then cut.
