There is something about the Jocko x Huberman combination that I love. Their last podcast I listened to in May of 2022 was a critical point in improving my life where after hearing their discussion I really got after it that spring/summer. It sparked a pattern of behavior where I drove 2.5 hours to volunteer at a summer camp every weekend from June-August. I bought the audiobooks for Extreme Ownership & Dichotomy of leadership to listen to on my weekly drives. Looking back, Episode 332 was hugely influential and beneficial to my mental and physical wellbeing. I’m just over an hour in and think this will be the next huge evolution leading into this summer. Thanks guys. GET SOME!

It’s good to see Andrew in your Podcast. You have to either invite him often or start a new side podcast. You make the perfect team.

This feels like such an organic conversation between friends, and yet has intensely powerful implications. Great podcast đź‘Ź

"The scientific explanation is: Fuck you" 🤣
  • You know it's going to be a good day when a Jocko (and Echo, of course) and Huberman podcast drops!! Looking forward to this one!!
  • I am from Argentina. I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart. Both your channels changed my life for the best (just as an example, cant believe i lost 20 kgs using you as inspiration and changing my exercise and nutrition habits). Please do not fall for the EASY bait of people who know nothing more than hating and trying to throw dirt on the ones DOING.
  • I started listening to Punk Rock/ Straight edge metal when my father died. It's been 10 years now and this type of music has been infused with my brain. I'm now listening to bands like Hatebreed, No Retreat, Cold Hard Truth, Enemy Mind, Throwdown, and so on, Some of the hardest music ever.
  • @RevellAndRepend
I felt like this episode in particular was very open and honest both ways. I also like the banterish chemistry Jocko has with Andrew, great ep.

*Jocko gets exposed Jocko: “Good…now the people know the truth”
  • @AL.06
Yes!! Three hours of Jocko and Huberman together - I’m sorted for the day
  • I think there is one more thing that deeply impacts our identity/personality. Our microbiome health. Online discussion needs to be taught, people need to know the difference between opinion and constructive criticism. We can use it for helping people to level up or tear people down. Know that we cannot be the best version of ourselves if we're not helping others be a better humans, too. We can help nuture the world around us and nurure ourself in the process.
