I have been taking low doses of Gabapentin for about a year. 100 mg. Morning and 200 mg. Evening. I have nerve pain from Nerourotpathy in my feet and lower legs. I was getting very dizzy at first and thought I would have to stop. The dizziness went away after about four days and has not returned. I would say the Gabapentin is about 80% effective in relieving my pain. I used to put my feet up on the ottoman in the evening and feel like someone was shooting my feet with a finishing nail gun. I still have some shooting pains mostly in my toes but it is manageable. I have not experienced any other side effects that I can identify . I am happy with the drug so far.

Too bad. Gabapentin has been a blessing for me for 4 years. I must be the only person on YouTube who is benefiting from it.

I have used GABAPENTIN as needed for 4 years down to 100mg at night once or twice a week.

I’ve been on GABApentin for 8+ years, 300 mg x 3 and 600 mg at bedtime. No major side effects. I have neuropathy in hands and feet and nerve pain bi-lateral shoulders and arms. 100% permanent and disabled from agent Orange/ Vietnam. I tried PreGablin 100 mg x2 but really felt lethargic, dizzy, and general malaise. Went back on GABApentin.
  • I tried to stop only. 300 mg, in 5 hrs my fibromyalgia pain was so severe I was crying at 3:am. I took a capsule n in 1 hr. I was pain free again. The severe pain was not worth stopping 1 cap a day. You must out weigh the benefits or the adverse reactions for yourself. I am a believer!!!!

Well what is the other option that he is using ? What is the point of this video if there is no explanation regarding what he is doing for the nerve pain ?

The withdrawals are so bad! Can’t regulate temperature you get so hot your clothes and hair is so wet from sweating The anxiety is so high you want to do nothing but cry. I wake up from trimming all over and my skin feels like it’s on fire and I feel like I been popped with a rubber band my skin feel like sand paper been rubbing it and the depression is bad

Not sure how much it works for me as on lot's of other meds as in gabapentin,pre-gablin, codein, baclofen, oxycodone and other meds to.as for gabapentin I'm on 900ml a day.

The Dr kept interrupting the man. Why ask a question if your not going to let him answer?!?!
  • @scottfirman
So what does he do with the pain? He said he doesn't have any pain. Where did it go? Getting off pain meds cannot make chronic pain mysteriously dissappear. What a crock.
  • I had Shingles in 2018 and Dr recommended this medicine and it’s helped me. He prescribed it for two years and it was a blessing. Highly recommend. No side affects maybe just drowsiness.
