Maybe you take the rim of a trampoline and make the bouncy part flex tape instead and just see how strong flex tape really is by dropping increasingly heavier objects onto it!

Flex tape? ... First thing that comes to mind is to completely cover a car in it with as many layers as possible and then bombs away with the whole arsenal and see how it holds up. XD
