Big Thanks and a Happy Birthday to Esther Lange!

When talking about the discovery of the DNA structure, you may have heard the names 'Watson' and 'Crick'. They are considered the bright minds behind this breakthrough. But what, if we tell you this is not the entire story? Rosalind Franklin, a female scientist from the UK played a tremendous role in all of this. She never really got the attention she deserved. Here she receives it!

The 11th of February is the INTERNATIONAL DAY OF WOMEN AND GIRLS IN SCIENCE. It is important to us to encourage especially young women to pursue a career in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics). You can do it!

Franklin was unconvinced that DNA was helical, in fact for a while, before the Watson/Crick model, she was adamant that it was not helical at all.
  • My son watched this video and his school had test on rosalind and he got a 100%
  • she just captured a photo ..anyone who can know some basics of a machine he/she can capture a photo .main thing is analyze
