First opening is so iconic, that is basically synonimous with the series!!!!
-
Maturing is realizing all the intros were just goated🗿
-
That moment when you realize all of the theme songs were foreshadowing Eren’s journey from the very start
-
06:02 animators: "how much spoilers do you want in this opening?" isayama: yes
-
RIP to the those who never got to got to see to the end of AOT, you'll be remembered. To my friends who wanted to see the sea like myself, we got there. So thank you for your sacrifices. See you soon.

Never Again will there be an anime that did what aot did truly a masterpiece
-
Are you food ? No, We are the Hunters what first line to use to start a such anime masterpiece
-
I never treat anime openings as integral part of show more than in Attack on Titan

Native german speaker here. For those who wondered what the choral sung in german in the beginning of the first opening is: The choral sings "Sie sind das Essen und wir sind die Jäger" which literally translates to "They are the food and we are the hunters", followed by "Wir sind Jäger" / "We are Hunters" two times. The first line being a rather inelegant choice of words to the ears of a native speaker, as the english translation shows. What they were trying to achieve is, as I think, more like "They are the PREY and we are the hunters", which would be "Sie sind die BEUTE und wir sind die Jäger" in german. On a related note, the protagonists name obviously being a referance to the german word "Jäger", meaning "Hunter". Best regards fellow Attack on Titan fans

5:37 when young Eren grabs his older self making me cry 😭
-
When you realize that the last attack on Titan episode is now a month old. Time flies fast with AOT gone now
-
i’ll never forget the way sasageyo made me feel the first time i listened to it lol

There’s something about opening six, my war, that I find a bit haunting… maybe it’s the chorus, how they sound like children, yet they’re singing about war. The bright colors, yet they’re depicting battles. To me, I think that’s what the series is really about. The horrors of war. Violence. Hatred so strong it would cause a child to kill. Eren starting the rumbling. Innocent kids sent off to fight in war. Gabi killing Sasha, Kaya trying to kill Gabi, all in an endless cycle of revenge

,,sigh" rewatches the whole anime ,,never the same again"
-
6:46 The subtitles say "The devil temptingly whispers "Tread your path with corpses." The foreshadowing was always there. Holy shit.
-
8:12 Still gives me chills...
-
The Rumbling is a masterpiece <3

I remember I hated the concept of turning into a titan and was like "wtf is this show". I didn’t have any plan of watching the series. I used to just see 1 or 2 clips of the fightings in Youtube. Now I've completed the anime. In my case, this is the greatest story I've ever known. I will miss this show too much. And I will try to recommend this to as many persons as I can

I genuinely think the widespread success of Attack on Titan was a result of that first opening being so infectious.
