The algorithm hit me with this at just the right time. I was exhausted and made this for dinner, it's delicious

The comments are hyperfixating on the mincing garlic part but she literally says you can even use garlic powder and as someone who has made this meal before plenty of times I can confirm it's perfectly fine to just go the extra negative mile and skip the minced garlic. 😭😭😭

To all the “I don’t wanna mince garlic” fans out there, just buy minced garlic or garlic paste at the store problem solved 😂

Tbh mincing garlic is harder than cutting onions 😂😂
  • Garlic and peanut is delicious but adding chili oil and pepper flakes 😮now that’s a masterpiece
  • Just made this and since I was only using half of the packet of pasta, I made a few adjustments. Like using 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce, using 1 tbsp of peanut butter, and instead of adding salt to the bowl, I added some to my pasta instead. I added some pasta water to the bowl too and god damn was it good. 10/10 loved it.

This is really good with Korean red pepper paste too! It’s called Gochujang!

You don’t need to PEEL the garlic, you just press it with a bit knife and they will be self peeled 😅 then you put them into a presser and there you go

I would also personally add a bag of frozen veggies to this meal! Looks delicious!

Just made this and it was delicious. I made the mistake of adding too much oil because I forgot peanut butter also has oil lol 😂

In Indonesia we call it saos kacang. It is mean peanut chili sauce. It will match with any food. Like vegetable and fry food.
  • Tip for the garlic, you can buy tubes of garlic paste for fairly cheap and it tastes the same.

Avoid adding so much oil instead add A teaspoon or so of normal temp oil all the sauces seasoning green onion and microwave it for 5sec stir add your noodles and if youd like microwave it for more 5 sec they turn out amazing ❤

And if you don’t have the energy to mince garlic, buy a jar of minced garlic at your local Aldi. Fresh is always best but I use the jarred garlic in nearly every meal I cook. Tastes great and low effort.

I just want to note that black and rice vinegar are VERY different in flavour. If you want a more authentic Chinese Sichuan taste, use black vinegar. Rice vinegar is sweeter and will get you a different flavour.

I made this and it was delicious.
I used half the recipe because I was only using half the amount of Ramen noodles. I don’t have the patience to mince garlic, so I just grated it. And I served it up with two crispy fried eggs, lots of green onions, and toasted sesame seeds for sprinkle. T’was a fantastic meal.
