I first met Joshua at the mall on LI about a year ago. He was just walking around babbling about "being banned" from one of the stores. Took a pic w him, he then waddles away. I saw him AGAIN on the train towards NYC a couple weeks ago, He was chuggin' a white claw, sailor hat n all, took another pic with him, don't think he remembered me tho. He later got arrested about 2 days later in Penn Station lol
