Iβll post here since this is the newest. Iβve been doing Move with Nicole since January, or 7 months, along with a healthier eating plan, and other targeted Pilates workouts. Today my husband said I lost too much weight (inches), and can I stop the exercises now. π β€ No! Burn baby, burn! From a size 12 to a size 8, and still pushing for 5 more #. Thank you Nicole. β€β€β€

I loved this class, the pace of the movement was really organic while I still felt my muscles working. Iβm pretty sure Iβm going to feel a bit sore tomorrow, special shout out to the inner thigh pulses on the side and the last up/down dog with plank combo, love them though π©΅π©΅.
