Just noticed that in both games, they start out with a notable member of Spiderman's rogue gallery(Kingpin and Sandman), introduce the secondary villain(Martin Li and Kraven), and sideline them climatically at the end of the second act for the main villain(Doc Ock and Venom). Very similar story structure that I personally love!

The King In black and absolute carnage references with the grendel symbiotes and Venoms wings are amazing

i know mr negative killed miles dad and all but i cant lie he became one of my favorite characters in this game 😭 he has some of the most interesting abilities and randomly became really likable

I love how when Norman goes to break the windows in Harry’s room they don’t break because he likely had them changed when Harry first got upset and broke the windows 🔥 the smaller details gotta love Insomniac

The amount of comic book references is insane.Even the very end cutcene with miles mentions cindy AKA silk wich was a huge shocker for me

This game was an absolute blast to play. They set up Carnage as DLC, Miles Morales 2 with the introduction of Silk, and then Green Goblin and the return of Doc Oct in Spiderman 3. If Insomniac is truly crazy, they have Knull in Spiderman 3 as he is teased too. Hyped to see what comes next and if Wolverine connects!

So I'm 90% sure that Peter is taking some time off from spider-man temporarily to get his personal life on track and balance himself out, that's been his whole theme throughout the game. As for Silk.....well this is Spider-Man 2. And we have two spider-people. So for the third game, only makes sense that we'll have three right? Carnage idk about but I could see him being DLC for this game if they decide to do it, which I imagine they will since last one had DLC.

I kinda hope Dontai plays Sunset Overdrive one day. It’s really a blast and is what made Sony want to elect Insomniac to make the Spider-Man games.
