It seems Irish lads are taking over Hollywood with the likes of Cillian Murphy, Barry Keoghan and Paul Mescal all being part of the biggest movies of the year and Colin Farrell tells us what makes him and his countrymen so irresistible.

Know offense by those Irish lads have been in the industry for a very long time. They aren't taking over, they have already been in Hollywood, it's just that their projects are getting attention.

Imagine the eyebrows a child of Colin and Emelia Clarke might have, massively expressive.

That’s 7 million of us now Colin, when you coming back home

Just a little correction here. Colin said there are only five million of us in Ireland, and he is not totally wrong because that is the population of the republic of Ireland, which is what is usually meant when referring to Ireland. The thing is though, there is another almost two million in the British occupied part of ireland and those people are Irish too and a part of the Irish nation, notwithstanding that maybe half of that two million are allegedly, according to some, not part of the Irish nation. I'm just making this point because we really should include all our people when we speak of the population. I don't blame Colin at all, he is just quoting official numbers as most people do, but maybe we should change that and include the whole nation when quoting numbers. Don't you think so?

We have the history and the expressionism which to me are our key skills that make the Irish brilliant.
