The guy that is waving those trucks back into the slurry needs a slap, he should be getting the trucks to dump their loads on where it is solid and let the dozers push it back.

Why not unload the soil to lighten the truck, push/pull the truck out, and reload the soil? Or am I making too much sense?

At the time 3:30 the loaded truck should be pulling to the left of the tree & one dozer with a Chain or cable over the top of the blade & short enough so that he can lift the right front of the stuck truck, so they both pulling as hard to the left as possible while one dozer pushed on the back right corner
