We positioned this home on a cement slab, tied it down for earthquake provisions and skirted it for a polished look. By the time we left, the landscaping was complete and the tiny home looked like it had been there forever. This tiny home had some showstopper pieces to it including a custom concrete bathroom and sink, as well as a fully glass shower. There is so much light in these tiny homes, you feel like you’ve brought the indoors right inside.

Love how accessible it is. As someone with a disability, other ADUs I’ve seen with super narrow doorways make me cringe.

If there were a way to reverse the plumbing into the near wall in that fabulous shower, residents could adjust water heat before stepping into shower, and you could especially add a beautiful deep bench seat where the plumbing is now that would add to the asthetics as well as its ADA accessibility. It would be YUMMY to see the beautiful fixtures you've selected through the glass door as you enter, too. ❤❤❤
