"Sign Of The Gypsy Queen" "All Over Town" "I Like To Rock" All of the above are more great rockin' tunes from 'April Wine'. Their biggest US hit was a power ballad called "Just Between You And Me". Not my personal favorite, but hey, to each their own. Enjoy your day...🎸🎶🙂
  • “Could Have Been A Lady” and “Just Between You And Me “ are another couple of great songs.

April Wine, yet another Canadian band... haven't thought of them in awhile... good music. Sign Of The Gypsy Queen and Just Between You And Me are their two biggest international hits, but they had lots of success until their founder and vocalist Myles Goodwin passed away in 2023
  • Saw them back in the 70's at their peak! And they did not disappoint! One of the many amazing things about this band is that they had 3 lead guitarist. So, lead wise, they would go back and forth on leads, licks, tricks, etc. They would do it so quickly that one would think they were at a tennis match! All the back and forth in all their songs! It's quite astounding to witness that!
  • Aprilwine is a rabbit hole yous want to check out so many great songs!
  • @joeykopack

Rest in peace Myles Goodwyn. I love this band this is from the album harder... faster it came out when I was about 18 in the military Great reaction guys rock on .
  • Excellent band, they were on our radars in the 70s and 80s, Big-Time! They helped fuel.many a partu, 3 killer lead guitars and they made some great rockers and even covered King Crimson with 21st Century Skizoid Man, banger of a song. More April Wine! Enjoy. 🎵🎸🎤🎵🎸🎤🎸🎶

Today would have been Myles Goodwyn's birthday. April Wine opened for the Steve Miller Band in Detroit and was televised on CBC Windsor when I was in high school. Roller was their final song.
  • This is a band that should have been bigger than they were.
  • I had the pleasure of seeing these guys in the mid eighties, I didn't expect much but saw one of the best shows ever. Thanks for this one
