Being a leader isn't easy especially where BTS stands today. As idols he knows every action, words can have a huge impact both positive and negative. As a leader being a little strict is very important and the maknae line still in their late 20s. And RM knows wen to have fun and let them be themselves and knows where to control. He does a grt job.
