What I Would Change:
Those are specifically Dried Dates and Figs in the video. I failed to mention this due to how few times I have ever seen them eaten not dried.

Yes, a Fruit Tier List Part 2 is happening. Leave which fruits I missed here and I'll cover them then!
-
“Have a banana” “Nah man that’s only B tier”
-
So I have changed my entire diet based on this series. No joke, I’ve become hyperfixated on it and regularly tell my wife what tier my lunch was.
-
You could take the S tier foods from each of your videos and create the ultimate meal plan for a 2000 calorie diet. Keep up the good work, videos are awesome!
-
There’re literally nothing better than fruits, they’re so incredibly tasty yet unlike other tasty treats they’re so healthy, it’s truly a blessing that they exist
-
Can you do illegal drug tier list
-
It would be great if you made a video about protein in general. Perhaps discussing things like different sources (plant vs meat), daily values, protein synthesis, etc
-
You should make a calendar thing with all your tier lists. I'd totally buy it and put it on my fridge. Or a book with the details for each individual food too
-
A herb tier list would be awesome! 🌿
-
You're easily the most helpful(by a good margin) Youtuber when it comes to nutrition. Thank you so much for your efforts.
-
Unironically one of the most informative/useful YouTube channels I have ever seen
-
As someone who has a limited budget for eating healthy, these teir lists are super helpful!! Helps me maximize my nutrient intake by buying what's the most beneficial !!
-
A cereal tier list and a superfoods/powders list would be fantastic (chlorella, wheatgrass, etc). Thank you so much for the valuable data!
-
My favorite fruit is blueberry. I started eating them almost daily for the antioxidants and I love the taste.
-
LOVE your tier rankings! My wife and I have been almost binge watching. I have had to make some dietary changes recently and they have really helped me make some good choices. A couple of ideas for future videos: 1) Sweeteners - honey, cane sugar, Stevia etc. 2) Food lists targeted to dietary goals, e.g. weight loss, heart health, liver function etc. Thanks again.

i started lifting like two years ago and really made some serious gains once I started following this guys tierlist its epic

This channel really has changed my diet for the better. Makes it so easy to get an idea of what I should eat more and less of. It also makes me feel like a character trying to max out my stats. Thank you Talon Fitness!

How about a sweeteners tier list, perhaps in terms of what is least worst? Maple Syrup, Honey, Various Sugars and Molasses etc Might be a short one but I think sweeteners have their place as they help to make a lot of healthy foods more palatable.
-
Very cool. I personally always thought apples and citrus fruits are top tier but they are just average in the fruit world. But I was most surprised by Pumpkin offering this much.

This video is perfect! You attract all sorts of viewers and encourage them to eat more fruits. I eat a piece of fruit everyday and I really recommend it to everyone!
