As long as they take to spin down they probably have ball bearings instead of sleeve bearings.

Hello, i just purchased and installed a new one of this unit, but the back cover making noise due to vibration, any solution for this?

That’s cool, but don’t you think that a little protection on the backside would be a good idea? You could easily get your hand chopped off by one of those if it’s spinning fast enough. I know that in the proper setting these would be mounted super high up on a factory wall, where that wouldn’t be an issue, but still.
