I'm only 1 minute in and already blown away... Wonderful cinematography
  • Not only is it bigger than a 737, all of its doors are also still attached to the fuselage.
  • @Jemmy350
I really love how each brand in game has such distinct design language.
  • @estrich655
Your cinematography is amazing! I first got Star Citizen about a year ago and became obsessed, though slowed down after a few wipes. This game might be the most amazing projects I have seen, and I am so happy that I have been lucky enough to be part of it.

The C1 would be the absolute perfect upgrade for my starter Titan. I love relaxing and doing small cargo missions around the verse, it’s a great way to see the system and I like to role play as an old more jaded space trucker (he was a combat pilot until his back gave out). Maybe this comfy cruiser would save his aching back.

I think it'd be really nice to have a ship like this for a mainly solo player, where you don't feel like you are wasting a ship but also be capable to comfortably bring someone else along for the few instances two people are needed. Also the ship is gorgeous both inside and out.
  • @ultrvstellvr
I want the ship for two reasons. One : it comes with the Game 🤣 Two : Crusader is my favourite ship maker. I remember saying this to a Star Citizen French streamer, WaterPatate, if I had to use only one ship maker in the game, it would be Crusader. The C2 Hercules was my favourite ship in the game until this very C1 Spirit. So, I'll finally have the game +and on top of that, my favorite ship.

Morph, the architect's reviews are your strongest video category and your USP. Good work! As you release this video now, you should have mentioned the changes that will happen in 3.23. The C1 is not strong anymore and the Cutty Black is back in charge.
  • @Aeon-Lynx
First reason; since I am a Marine Design Engineer, I would love the ship with another perspective, like appreciating the small touches for the design language, structural strength parts, pipings, maevelling engine and thrusters etc. Second reason is that I don't have a daily driver, and I really love the design language of Crusader Industries. I would really appreciate it if I won this! Long term player here, been playing since 2018, following the project since 2014. Can't get enough of this game and the amazing community! See you in the verse :)
  • There are 3 things that could have made the Spirit ships better than what we got WITHOUT major changes and adding of another shield generator. 1. Move ALL the components to the back (Except avionics/radar/computer), freeing up the "Airlock" neck from the Living habs to the module bay so we can place the suit lockers and weapons in there instead on in the living habs. 2. Where the suit lockers and weapon racks once was, place an exit ladder airlock, as there is enough space to put this in there, both on the inside and outside. 3. Allow all variants to carry 4-8 SCU in the back of the ship, as the back is big enough to hold up to that amount in box size (Tested with both 2x 2scu boxes and 1x 8 SCU box), AND will put it higher on the list vs its competition who can all carry cargo despite its variant (Except the Cutlass STEAL, but we dont talk about that one). Other than that, the ship is pretty great, and a huge step up from the absolute failure of an delivered ship that is the Mercury Star Runner. It lacks a tiny bit in speed in atmosphere (also in 3.23), but thats cause the ship isnt aerodynamic. 400i is tho, which is why it is faster despite being heavier and with weaker thrusters.

Well, that's clearly a beautiful description and as always your point of view and your attention to details I could miss are amazing. It's been quite a time I've been following you. I've discovered your talent and your point of view with your description with a ship I don't own any more, but that I enjoyed to its maximal capacity because I saw your video, the Origin 100i. I don't own it because it wasn't enough any more to explore all the aspect of this game. However, here you are again, showing me all the possibility on a ship I didn't thought about, the C1 Spirit. It has something I've been looking into for some time: a cargo bay that is to store a vehicle. Of course, Star Citizen have a lot of ship that are able to do the same, but I was looking for a medium ship, that could store the R.O.C while keeping a sleek and quite small stature if we compare it to the other ship able to do the same thing. So again I thank you, because you keep opening my eyes about a ship I would have not looked into by myself.

With the C1 spirit, I would most often perform missions such as transporting cargo or collecting things from shipwrecks thanks to the tractor beam, and sometimes I would perform bounty hunter missions, for example find and destroy the ship and when I get enough money for ROC I will sometimes dig rocks

My friends and I have a little vulture squad but have had little motivation to continue cleaning our solar system of space junk. Listening to tunes and srcappin is always great, especially when with the boys. One thing lacking is the trip back and forth to sell after just a bit of work. This ship is like a dream come true. To have vultures popping out scrap and the sleek C1 swooping in and collecting the goods using its tractor beam. Just to jet over to the nearest station while dodging pirates millennium falcon style, to pay out for the boys. Grab burritos and beer at the station, profit repeat. Not to mention the absolute heinous amounts of fun we would have stuffing whatever fits inside the back. The design itself is the is immaculate, just what I imagine to be a fast and industrial transportation ship would look like. Don't get me started on the engines... and just the lines of the ship itself are something to behold. Looking at this ship never gets old... and it looks good while doing what it was designed for.

The Spirit series is the pure embodiment of Crusader's ship-making prowess. It offers speed, versatility, and ruggedness in the sleek design language we all know and love from Crusader and their other ships. Despite its small flaws, the overpowering success of this design showcases CIG's expertise in ship designing, and is sure to please players for years. This ship follows a long lineage of Crusader ships by mimicking their striking design features and has truly become "the Spirit of Crusader". If I was fortunate enough to win this beautiful ship, the C1 would become the primary vessel my friend (new SC player) and I would use to explore the 'verse and transport cargo / supplies in that huge cargo bay in the back. Whether it's deploying vehicles out the back while low-flying or bringing components from crippled ships back to port, this amazing ship is sure to see plenty of action. I've been in anticipation of this review ever since the C1's release and it was so worth the wait! The cinematography blew me away and the tour was so high quality. Morphologis, please continue to produce these wonderful architect ship reviews for us. Thanks. -Clyph

Awesome coverage Morph, and I must compliment you on excellent background music in this review. Really soothing and yet fresh feeling at the same time.
  • @alulayan000
Beautiful camera work as always. Just a few seconds in and I go "I want that ship". Crusader's ships have become my favorite manufacturer in the game with its sleek design.
  • some shots in this video literally looked like out of a movie i'm always so blown away of how people can make the game look sooo good
  • @StarboyXL9
It's so good to see you again bro, I missed these so bad. Sometimes it blows my mind I get to watch these high-quality videos for free, I feel like I should be paying, even if I can't afford it right now. Feeling real blessed.
  • I adore the design of this ship, the sleek look, those flared bits right over the thrusters, it all just works so well. I am primarily a solo player, but it is always nice to have a ship capable of multi crew gameplay. Whether that's for getting a friend to join you, finding someone in chat to help out with a mission, or just giving someone a ride. The Cutlass Black has been my go to for ages, but I could see the C1 taking its place easily, as much as I love my cutty it isn't quite as pretty as this one. That and the extra versatility the C1 brings, with more cargo space and that tractor beam (even if it is a little jank). Anyhow, winning this from you or not, one of these will likely end up in my fleet someday down the line. Thanks for the great look at the ship, excellent video as always!
  • @Katana_Blue
Excellent video as always, also upgrsded my Titan to the C1
