"Why are you hanging out with 7-11?" "7-11?" "Because his mouth never closes." I love that.
  • "Kenny you embarrassing yourself, you're a black man with a Chinese restaurant on Crenshaw" Lmao
  • @Xanatos712
Supposedly Don Cheadle only agreed to play this part if he got to speak Chinese and fight Jackie Chan. He nailed it!

"I'ma shoot you and say you fell in the kitchen!" Gets me everytime 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
  • @scifyry
I like how Lee is better friends with Kenny after knowing him for 5 minutes and Carter has known him for years.
  • @leonk9074
When Jackie Chan calls out your fighting style, make friends quick and stop fighting. He’s already got you read bro😅
  • Don Cheadle spoke better Cantonese than the other Hollywood actors of the next 20 years. The guy clearly put in effort to get the intonation right. Mad respect to him

These three need to be in a movie together again. Just the clip alone has me weak in tears. 😂😂😂
  • "Why are you hanging out with 7-11?" "7-11?" "Cause his mouth never closes." Not even aloe vera can treat that burn!

Brilliant writing. Carter’s bullying tactics weren’t going to work here, but the respect martial arts students have for their masters were an instant connection between Lee and Kenny. It’s amazing how much people open up when respect and honor get involved
  • For those who don't know, Don Cheadle takes his craft very seriously, if he agrees to a role, he puts in the same effort whether it is large or small. He said he would do the scene but there were 2 stipulations, he learned chinese and spoke with the proper dialect, and when he fought Jackie he didn't lose or win. He did this for a small cameo fee and .25 percent of the gross profits
  • @blueTwl
i'm a native cantonese speaker and of all the hollywood movies i've watched where a foreigner speaks cantonese, don cheadle is by far the best at it.
  • @brothadude
Don Cheadle: “ Bret I’ll do this one scene for you but I wanna speak Chinese and fight Jackie Chan but not lose.”
  • @deethomas886
“And then Ima whoop yo ass” the delivery gets me every time 😂😂
  • @JumpToChorus
“I’ll shoot ya say you fell in the kitchen” fucking gold 🤣
  • As someone who comes from a martial art background , as students we make an attachment to our masters and have much respect for their teachings and lessons . To see that someone else comes from the same connection to our masters , we show respect immediately because our action represent our masters teachings .
