In the past i used my chance to review several figure kits of Ukrainian soldiers and their respective anti-tank weapons already, after a break it is now time to continue this more or less unintentional kit review series. This time we take a closer look at the Stugna-P system and the crew figures by ICM.
The plastic injection molded kit includes the Stugna-P launcher and four soldiers with a bit of extra accessory, so we get an almost complete little diorama scene in this box.
The parts are well made, there are no obvious flaws visible. Cleaning up the parts and assembling them should not be a very tedious task at all. The overall level of detail is pretty good on most parts, but i noticed, that the faces of earlier ICM figure sets used to be even better than they are now. Of course the details on the faces are satisfactory even by the current standards, but we have seen better examples by this brand in the past! Using the heads of the kit is a viable option, those of you, who can not tolerate this can easily replace them with resin heads. This is always a rather simple and effective method to improve such figures without a lot of extra work.
All in all it is a good figure kit, which is usually offered for a very fair price of between 12 and 14€. That is a joy for the scale modeller!

Good review. Despite being bombed by Russia, ICM is able to produce these fine figures. It proves that the will of the Ukrainian people are strong.

Again a detailed and concise description of the kit, good points and flaws. This is something I would consider getting actually, not that I am a figure painter, but the idea behind the set and the diorama / vignette you can build from it appeals to me and the price is indeed very reasonable. On ebay here in the UK it varies between £12.50 (postage free) up to around £22 (postage free) or anything in between, with or without added postage depending on where the seller is based, i.e in the UK or the EU / further afield. A seller in Japan offers it up for £50.. :face-red-droopy-eyes:
