Great day for a farm craft video. John C and C equipment has a trick for stuck hydraulic hoses. They use a hammer drill will a blunt tip and hits the metal nut the vibration really helps loosen them up.

BTW - Jon, I wanted to compliment you on your land stewardship and how you graze Big Mama and the rest of the herd. Been watching videos of new(old) grazing practices and one of the hallmarks of good stewardship is the presence of quail. In your last video on the excavator I distinctly and repeatedly heard the “Bob-white” call! Kudos!!!!!

Just found your channel and I love it. See you hade trouble with the hydraulic hose at 28min when you where to lift the tank out. I’ve been working hydraulic systems forever, and and air hammer or a regular sledgehammer with a chisel, tap the nut and the impact will loosen it pretty easily in most cases. / new viewer from Sweden.
