Even though I have cystic fibrosis, I passed the first 2 challenges and reached 70% in the 3rd challenge. I also consider this a success. And I think I won't be able to go without oxygen for 2 weeks after this video.

Just to flex my power, I held my breath, then started the video and passed the entire thing without breathing. It was hard, but only took one try so just know that anything can be done with enough training. 🥳 Nearly lost tho 😜
