I took scientists to a haunted house with @airrack to see if ghost hunting gear really works.

Shoutout to @Danny-Gonzalez for the title inspiration.

Thank you Louis Weisz and Alex Vartanov from the Weisz Taskforce for taking part in this experience. Check out more of the Weisz Taskforce on their channel or apply to be involved in their future videos.

I've been a paranormal investigator for over 20 years. I encourage you to go to a location that is abandoned with absolutely no electricity running through it. Try the same experiments
  • @GroovyGavin
Hear me out, I don't think that guy sleeping was actually a scientist

As an RF engineer it would be better to have base line testing with a multi channel spectrum analyzer with the power breaker turned off for the building and then do the tests with power on to compare the normalized values. For the multi channel spectrum analyzer you'll need a couple wide range freq antenna coz unfortunately every antenna has a spectrum range. Just something to think on for the proper testing environment cases.

This was such a fun video to film bro, thanks for having alex & I out for it!

Ghost hunting might be my favorite genre on all of the internet.

only issue i saw was i think the music box has the best results when places on the floor or something stationary, hard to believe anything when its being held due to human error nothing against who holds it, but its almost impossible to be perfectly still thanks for providing content!

Tyler is risking his life to see if ghosts are real. What a G

Maybe the one recommendation I would have is ask the homeowner if you can throw the breaker for the house, cutting most of the errant emf waves if the have like wifi and alarm clock radios and such. Really appreciate how far you're going though

I have the perfect idea to ACTUALLY verify once and for all if ghosts/spirits are real. Collab these scientists to the conjuring houses new staff members Satori and Cody. They have a new method for communicating with spirits, Sam and Colby tried many ways to debunk their method and they were unable to. I’d like to see if these scientists could.

I'd argue that the Flaslights are still kinda viable, as extreme temperature fluctuations are also a phenomenon that occurs in haunted locations

This was really interesting to watch as someone who believes in the paranormal. It's really important to see which equipment could be janky and I'm glad they could offer explanations as to how the equipment goes off because even I dont believe in these equipments being able to detect spirits, but again really cool to watch em debunk it.

I like how Tyler is upfront and scientific with the ghost hunting process. Not just trying to milk the views with the usual ghost "evidence"
  • i have been to Braken Fern Manor, and used all the same equipment. The music box is motion based. If u point it at a mirror within the range of the sensor, what ever moves in the reflection will trigger it.
  • @iDunnoMan9000
You guys debunking the flashlights made my frickin day! I've always known there was some other explanation but I'd never bothered to look into what it was 😅
  • Born on Halloween, Love all things horror supernatural used to love watching all those ghost hunting shows back in the early 2000s. Got into renovations of abandoned homes, Did demolition in Manhattan for years all run down dilapidated buildings and skyscrapers.. did a few hospitals after hurricane Sandy. I worked in dam near pitch black conditions most of the time I was solo. My favorite building I ever worked was an old asylum huge! Everything was left behind my job was to scout the rooms and have first pickings of anything of value. Anyway these jobs where scenes out of horror movies and I loved it! I used to go in with my EMF and ghost box and never had one encounter:/ I love going to all the haunted places around where I live. Friends and I rented out an asylum for the night to explore ot was fun atmospheric but again no ghosts:/ I believe but I want a real experience
  • @chelseashane
BUT why would the temp drop randomly and then go right back up multiple times? I don’t understand how that debunks the flashlight… can someone explain? Bc that doesn’t make sense to me.
  • @Sdavis5
Tyler I’m loving the music in your shorts. Imma big AJR fan
