#1 The US already has ALL the Oil it will ever need. No support any Cartels, no begging for increased production. And we produce it CLEANER THAN ANY OTHER COUNTRY! #2 An Electric cars being "more fun to drive" is only YOUR OPINION! I LOVE driving my gas car with it's 6 speed manual transmission! In fact I find even Gas cars with automatic transmissions BORING! #3 Electric cars not only Cost More themselves, than gas or diesel, there is a substantial cost to having a home Charging System installed, the insurance cost is 50% higher, tires wear out 20% Faster. # 3 There are people that have Absolutely No Intrest in Electric cars or it's tech. People that don't want to enter a destination, pre-condition batteries to charge in Cold weather or any other "programming" ! #4 Many people Do Not want an Electric car and don't want to be told that it's their ONLY Option, and they shouldn't be Forced. If electric cars and trucks are so much "better" , shouldn't the gravitate to them Naturally? Without regulation or intimidation #5 Goverment should financing the vehicles and charging, and grid upgrades! Again, IF those things are "good investments" Private Investors, would do it !! The US needs to STOP paying "Spousal Support" to the World. If it's a good direction to move forward, we'll do it Naturally ! Finally, Has anyone considered our Highway, Bridges, and Garages? Electrics weigh a WHOLE LOT MORE! More on our Highway and Roadway surface's. We all know that large trucks tend to wear out highways faster, not to mention local roads. Our Bridges were Not Designed to accommodate the weight that comes with all vehicles being Electric. What about Parking Garages?? Imagine putting 3 or 4 times the weight into those structures!!

Ah Huh! Those OTR trucks are going to be able to power the Heat or AC. ALL NIGHT while they're parked on the ramps??? Power their TV, Microwave, Mini Fridge? I absolutely DO NOT BELIEVE that the guy about keep it warm on the Highway!

They reiterate that the price of batteries has decreased significantly over the years repeatedly, but where is that price reduction coming from? China. The same China we're expecting to compete with by sending them the resources and having them make it for us, did we forget what they did with the raw oil reserve when Biden dispensed it to China?

So how will power the eletrical planets? Cananda and the usa have enough gas.
