I like the twist of Bruce Wayne being the one with the heart of ice. Cool concept, I’ve been wanting to see Freeze again for a while but this time much more sinister and cold

Amazing. The first movie. Batman’s presense created the riddler. This movie Bruce Wayne lack of a presense in Gotham creates Mr Freeze. I love it!

This is pure talent. Incredible writing brother Hopefully if this is shared enough it might reach Matt Reeves and he may take some inspiration for what fans want from the sequel And the part about Bruce actually having 'Heart of Ice' was just beautiful.

i loved this story, my mother recently died at 62 of Alzheimer's and that being how Freeze lost nora is a wonderful and powerful motivation for him, losing someone to Alzheimer's is slow, and painful, like theyre slowly being frozen over, it robs you of time and communication with your loved ones. ive always loved how tragic and moving his story and motivations were. it truly allows the reader to empathize and try to understand him. id love to see how matt reaves' character and person focused storytelling would translate something like this <3 wonderful video

The idea of Freeze crying, his tears turning into ice as they roll down his cheeks, as he makes a subdued and incredibly sad monologue of love and despair, is beautiful

Forgot for a moment that this was fanmade considering how awesome it is. I love how it's not just "Hey y'all check it out the Batman is on another epic adventure against a new villain!" I love the way it dives into Bruce as a character, having not fully perfected the Bruce Wayne persona. And yeah, Harvey's inclusion is a delight

holy shit bro. This was amazing. You truly have a way with words. Your narration was so beautiful. A lot of the ideas in this are bold as hell but such an interesting story. Would love to see you do a sequel to this for your Hush pitch.

What an incredible story this is. I am glad I was one of the 200k people who got to experience it and am truly sad to know that many more won't be able to see it in the big screen. How original, moving, and powerful. Thanks for this, I didn't grow up with DC but loved Batman as soon as I saw it, and you have captured what makes not only him but the story telling around him so special. Finally someone who sees the importance of Harvey Dent! I love the idea of using him as a supporting lead, and really all your character ideas! I’ve been saying for ages that Bruce should be the one who “kills” Nora in his ignorance of what goes on at his own company! It’s a much more relevant way to adapt Heart of Ice than the usual Ferris Boyle story everyone’s clamoring for. The idea of Bruce’s greatest battle being his inability to open up is perfect, and I would be very happy if the story we got was anything like this!

Alex, your writing for The Batman II: Heart of Ice was amazing. This writing in this narration lets me know, that Jason is going to be great. Because Alex understands the hero in the superhero. Something that most superhero filmmakers don't understand. That pitch for Mr. Freeze was just a piece of art for any superhero film. A villain isn't bad because he wants to be bad, a villain is bad because he tries to be good or is good no matter what and he is either mistreated or misunderstood. But how it should be always, they can be understood by the hero. A real hero would try to save the villain because that hero understands the villain, not to fight him because it looks cool. That is one thing I hate about superhero movies. Once again, after this story and essay, I can't wait for Jason.

This was fantastic. Everything was so well thought out, the twist with Bruce, Harvey, and the tease for Hush were all brilliant. Now I’m even more excited for your Jason film!

I really like the idea of spending more time with Bruce Wayne in the sequel then with Batman. In the first film Bruce Wayne was basically non-existent, but in the sequel we could see Bruce grow and learn to connect with people and learn how to make a difference in Gotham without his fists and fancy gadgets. I also like the idea of him learning how to be charming and social from Harvey Dent, I think it's brilliant.

1.Loverboy media's editing is sublime. 2. I hope Matt Reeves sees this. He's already deep in writing The Batman 2, so I doubt we could see Mr. Freeze, but your ideas are too good, and they could probably influence Matt Reeves in a positive way. 3. I actually wanna see this live action😭 . Your narration and the editing made me feel like I was in Bruce's head. He's still trying to make sense of the world. 4. Maybe a quadrilogy?
