    Hello Bryan! I am audhd as well and currently suffering from burn out. Though it still feels possible to recover from. I'm wishing you the best and I hope that your recovery goes as well as it can.

    I am not autistic but my son is and we have been both struggling with depression and anxiety this month. I think it might be the extra Moon in August. The Blue Moon in August has two moons and the moon can affect our mood. I love your video it's giving me a lot of information I didn't know. I hope you're feeling better❤

    When I am in depression , I read holy books Quran , they help me to come over my depression, Listen 🎧 the sura Al baqara by Halil Khusori, The more you listen the more you are defended fom bad thoughts.udeenly I came across with vidoes u made , thank you , keep going! From Uzbekistan ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
