Although Gordon Ramsay swears like a trooper - he's actually really polite and we'll mannered!! He only swears when you really get on his nerves... And I've been watching Hotel Hell and he's not afraid to put people in their place!! But it's nice to see him so down to earth and humble.

It was lovely to see Gordon Ramsay warm up in the interview as it progressed. He looked so uncomfortable at the start but was so loud and jokey about 4 minutes into it. Just shows what a good host can do
