Do the Inner Cloister from the two potential packs around the WP to the entrance (with secret room) of the stairs. Sometimes the side rooms and main hall can have quite a few champ and super unique groups besides the poisen named skele in that main hall.

Honestly, i'd put city at S+ tier. It can drop any item in the game, easy access, crazy density, and the monsters are easy if you aren't lightning. I've had really good luck here over the years

I love this area am looking forward towards doing 100k city runs as my casual project I love this area for grinding tc87 uniques best elites per second avg I had on hdin as compared to pits cs

You know the area south of the outer cloister is a great place to farm for uniques / runes/rejuv pots. There are so many trash packs and you can do the pits too for extra drops.

The next area over is better (city of despair?) It has a chance to spawn those lightning souls, which like every other monster of that type has a better chance to drop runes with a smaller loot table

Found a unique Sacred Armor in Plains of Despair yesterday. My first unique SA ever. What a bummer. That being said, these two areas are amazing with a horker zerker.
