I’m watching this at my corporate job at 31 and working on my GRE to get into school to become a therapist. I was so lost career wise I cannot even begin to tell you, but I focused on my natural skills: listening and empathy. I have so much, SO much to learn but I’m really excited for this journey. It is amazing to know how individuals look at those individuals who have received online training as not getting the proper education. I received my Associate and Bachelor degree online at University of Phoenix, and will be receiving my Masters degree In Marriage and Family Therapy at NCU. I have learned a lot from being online for school. I am a visual learner and I am able to utilize what I have learned from going to school on line. I believe that online schools are no different from brick and morter school. Both help us to succeed.
