Music from the Wolfman's camp.

If you enjoyed the music from this game, I highly recommend buying it on Steam, GOG or the Humble Store, the Acid Wizards really deserve it.

The Wolf throws the head of a chicken under my feet. As I lift my gaze, I realize that the Wolf is gone.

"Just make sure to cover that disaster of a face of yours, or it's no dancing for you!"
  • We know that the "being" is causing all sorts of mutations in the inhabitants of the village. We also know that most turn into monsters (chompers, banshees, human spiders, etc). The other inhabitants who don't turn into monsters grow fungal or plantlfe tumours like mushrooms on their heads, tree bark skin, and extreme growth. While most of these mutations hinder or serve as a disadvantage to those infected, Wolfman's mutation is peculiar since his transformation to a wolf human hybrid seems to be the most functional in a sense that his mutations serve actually became an advantage for him rather than a curse. During the boss fight, he is very strong and agile. He is also able to live and fend for himself despite not having closed quarters as we can see that his camp if fully out in the open. He isn't scared of the monsters and is also able to live all alone. So, my theory is that out of all the infected, he was lucky and got the best set of mutations. It made him gain the abilities of a wolf (impressive hearing, smell and night vision), and retained his human consciousness (as we can see that he didn't turn into a mindless monster and is still able to speak and talk). Needless to say, the Wolfman is my most favorite character in Darkwood. Second is the Trader who despite lying about the key, was always nice to us, saving us from the doctor, and giving us a free canister of gas. Besides, I think the only reason why the Trader lied about key is because he was protecting us from searching the "road way home" which turned out to be the road that headed towards the being which cpuld have absorbed our main character. Not only that but he came looking for us but was killed outside the hideout in Chapter 2. His death was one of the saddest as well as Piotrek.

Я никогда не играл в эту игру, но этот саундтрек просто великолепен.
  • My face when I realize the Wolfman is an amalgamation of a corpse and a taxidermied wolf that the Being mindlessly cobbled together with its resurrection / copying goo. 🤯

But tell me please sir HOW DID HE MAKE THIS and why does it sound so perfect for its purpose
  • You hit like a girl! So… Wolf stepped on one of my traps and I was forced to execute him. Free AK, but at what cost? Is it still possible to meet the Musician in the final hideout without Wolf being around?
