16 months for sexually assaulting a child… absurd. Look at the damage he’s done to this man. He should’ve been locked up for life. No doubt he’s molested others since he got out. Such injustice.
  • I feel like Jennette McCurdy deserves a shoutout here too. She was the first one to call out the total BS that goes on with these kids shows and the things she went through.

He may not know what to say to his younger self, but by coming forward he's saving so many young children.

That's so awful. And his dad tried so hard to prevent this from happening.

The fact the studio didn't have guidelines and boundaries in place to prevent this, is enraging. These adults that work with kids take advantage of children because they know they are helpless.

The people saying he's speaking out because of money or because he wants to make a "comeback" are disgusting. He declined doing the documentary multiple times. He was approached years ago by another documentary, and when he declined, they made him feel like HE was the problem because he wasn't ready. He had MANY reservations to come forward, rightfully so after that first experience. It wasn't until he started therapy that he decided to do this one. His story is going to help the industry, and other survivors heal. I'm so proud of Drake. He has great things ahead of him.
  • I loved his line "This isn't me, this HAPPENED to me." Any trauma you've been through does not have to define who you are! I encourage anyone going through struggles to seek help. Therapy, parent, trusted friend/teacher, coworker, spiritual leader. Anyone! Let it out cause it will set you free. Thank you Drake! Your son will definitely see you as a hero, buddy!

His perpetrator Brian got a job at Disney working for the show The Suite Life of Zack and Cody after his release.
  • Drake & Josh was my favorite tv show growing up. First thing I always watched when I would get home from school. It’s heart breaking to hear this happened to him behind the scenes.

Drake, you are helping someone who is going through this gather the courage to tell someone, which no doubt will save someone's life.

Those pictures of Drake with his son at the end are SO INCREDIBLY MOVING & BEAUTIFUL!
  • How amazing and brave he is for sharing his story. Instead of abusing himself because of the pain, he is able help people and demonstrate clarity on these events. Well done! Thank you.
