Ed is a very easy guy to judge based on appearance until he speaks. Truly knowledgeable.

This was absolutely one of the best interviews. I needed this today. I was crying from the first minute. I resonated with everything sooo intensely. Wow! Just wow! I saved it. I sent it to myself to keep it close to listen to this over and over and over again. Thank you both. I am so grateful for you both. The world is a better place because of you both! Thank you Jay and Ed. Lots of love and respect to you both ❤

This is the first time I burst into tears while listening just a podcast. I've got very emotional when Ed was talking about his papa. It reminded me my grandma, how gentle and loving was she towards me. Why and how did I forget all of this beautiful stuff about my childhood? Anyways, Ed is truly phenomenal person. So grateful to found him. Thank you Jay for this amazing podcast. You are the best.

The 3Ds are brilliant! Doubt, discourage, delusional are the three ways that give away your power. Wonderful conversation!!

One word to describe this conversation. Captivating. I got goosebumps when we found out the family was eating dinner after a funeral for their grandmother. Also I can relate to being a people pleaser and letting others go over my time I've scheduled with them. I own a barber shop and it's by appointment only. I set aside 30 minutes for a men's haircut. I've noticed some clients wanting to hang back and chat for a good length of time but of course I have another appointment after them. What I started doing is cleaning up my equipment and sweeping their hair to sort of signify in a subtle way that my time with them has reached it's end. I love my clients and chatting with them, but I also value my time because in my field time is money. Love this episode.
  • You’re two of my top 3 to listen to. I couldn’t imagine if Erwin McManus was in the room. Overload of greatness. I’m 11min and I’m loving every second of this.
