9:02 any common man can answer this question. And it is that he cannot think anymore, certainly not on the fly and definitely not in front of a very sharp mind like Trump! He only prepares few powerful, punch statements ahead of his rallies and just deliver them with full force. And those statements are just that, only punchy, but very abstract and no substance. If he truly cares for America, he should just retire and go back to Delaware. But again, he himself doesn't know what he's doing!
