I love that he says use plastic surgery as a last resort. This is the encouragement the beauty world needs

I just love this man. Look at his website. He has tons of free tips on how to look better WITHOUT surgery. What a guy 😃

as someone studying marine biology, I'm so happy he mentioned how bad sunscreen can be for reef systems. If you're going to the ocean for whatever reason (even if you have no intention of going in), there's many reef-safe options available <3
  • Back when I was a teenager and had bad skin, I really thought I needed plastic surgery. Good skin improves your confidence like 10x. I look in the mirror and actually like what I see now.

1- Make up wipes 2- Astringents & alcohol based toners 3- Chemical sunscreen (Oxybenzone) 4- Expensive moisturizers 5- Coconut oil (it’s not good for your face) Please this is just a summary, but watch the video it’s really interesting

You know what I appreciate? I appreciate that this was not an AD. It is so nice to have a doctor actually just HELP without making me click to purchase. Thank you so much. You are a good doctor and a nice person. Subscribing and watching your ads in full.
  • Keeping yourself as stress free as possible is also key! I was in a toxic relationship and my skin would break out all the time. (I never experienced this before as I normally get 1-2 zits but nothing on a large scale) Now that hes no longer in my life my skin has cleared up and is better than ever x
  • This video was so required. We as customers are often fooled in the name of natural/ayurvedic ingredients, customised products and what not
  • It’s so refreshing to have a doctor teach and enlighten us rather than condescend us.

I’ve always used the oil trick. Apply olive oil with a cotton ball, wipe off as much makeup with it (it takes off a lot surprisingly) then cleanse as normal 😊 the oil leaves you nice & soft skin too 😍
  • I love how true and open this man is. He isnt trying to sell you something. Hes educational and fun to watch and overall a very wholesome man. I love this channel so so much

I’ve used coconut oil for years to take off my makeup! I double cleanse with another face wash! It’s worked for me :)

I found the same to be true for aftershaves. The alcohol based ones made me break out all over my chin but using a basic "ladies" face moisturizer instead, and I have no acne issues. Great advice and videos Dr. Have a great day!
  • Apple cider vinegar is the only thing that stops my eczema's intense itch. Makes the inflamed skin sting and then stops the itching.

I'm listening to this guy, his skin looks incredible!
  • A healthy, low stress lifestyle with an emphasis on sleep, exercise is the best way to support a healthy skin👍

Thank you for speaking about how some sunscreens can potentially interfere with hormones. I feel most derms tiptoe around the subject.

i wish my doctors were as nice and as honest as you 😫
