If anyone deserve the respect and love from Horror fans it's you guys. You guys make us be able to see things we might not otherwise be able to see, due to location or afforability. Thanks guys so much
  • I read a book in the library when I was 10 years old about AC. I remember it having quite a significant affect on me and set me on a path to research other, more lighter magical arts.

Jessica kills me. So serious appearing at times, then she sneaks in a look or some action to make you laugh or smile. 🤣

The architecture in London is so beautiful. I'm so happy my favorite ghouls are globally recognized. Loving these uploads!! 🎃👻

1:01 Keen eye, Jessica! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The Golden Dawn also included A.E. Waite as a member--the man responsible (in part) for the creation of the iconic Rider Waite Tarot Deck. He worked with the artist/theatrical designer Pamela Colman-Smith--a remarkable woman who was not given access to Golden Dawn 'membership', even though her psychic skills could run rings around the much-lauded Waite. Not only did she design that card deck (78 Degrees of Wisdom, indeed); even though she was following Waite's lead in assigning 'meaning' to each card, especially the Major Arcana of 22 cards; she alone was responsible for the creation of the images on the 56 Minor Arcana cards--which tarot card artists have used as a template to this day! Prior to these images, the Minor Arcana resembled a deck of playing cards, with only the numbers (1 through 10) suits (Wands, Cups, Swords, and Pentacles), and the sole 'picture cards' (Page, Knight, Queen, and King) displayed--no clues as to meaning, or interpretation. It would be ENTIRELY AWESOME if you could, one day, do a deep dive into the history of this amazing, visionary artist. Psychics, Mediums, Artists, Designers have all taken their cue from her work. It is said she died penniless, living with a female companion somewhere in Cornwall. Her artwork has vanished, without trace. It would take a Grimm sleuth to unlock her story. Michael

Did you know Aleister Crowley was on the cover of Sgt Pepper? John was a fan of his work and not surprised at all. He loved stuff that was outside the box in a way.
  • @JauneMacReady
I have to say, seems like everyone was absolutely bonkers in those days! Got to love it. Thank you for this one. Short, but epic ❤
  • @caveman3021
I have his tarot deck, and I must admit, the art gives me the willies😳 Great material as always Grimmlife...Happy Halloween!🎃
  • @Emrose93
I first heard about Aleister Crowley because of Ozzy when I was growing up.. quite an interesting story/eerie man..
  • How spooky I’m just watching a documentary about him I visited Boleskine house 10 years ago when it was in ruins it’s now being beautifully restored I highly recommend if you get the chance to go visit
  • @danmorris5577
Apologies if this comes across as pedantic, however, Yeats should be pronounced as if it were rhymed with "gates." Nevertheless, great video, as always. Thank you for all of them. And I hope your time in Europe goes well. Looking forward to more videos.
  • Europe has brought such great content so far. Would really love to see you guys visit other parts of the world in the future.
  • @johnrpizzaguy
I never thought that you could top last years haunted house trip but this year is amazing. On a side note my wife of 42 years (we grew up near Hollywood) has a rubber bat that she named Mr Crowley for about 42 years. Thanks again for the great videos and enjoy your time there,be safe too
  • @jamesfulmer7080
I was hoping you would do something on Crowley. I knew you would do it justice. There is too much crap on YouTube. Things that are not true but just to get views. You guys have integrity, and that goes a long way.
  • @studio3ten
Great video!! I thought Crowley himself said his name rhymes with "holy" or "unholy" and others have said ozzie pronounced it wrong in the song? And a poem Crowley himself wrote confirms this?
  • I've heard the name aleister Crowley but I didn't know what he was associated with. Thank you for doing this video. That first building was absolutely beautiful
  • @darrinstokke3839
Nice! Are you going to visit more Crowley sites? Like Boleskine (which burned down), or the college he went to. Apparently he had kept a human skeleton in his dorm. If you go to Italy there is the infamous compound he, his wife and some colleagues lived in.
  • Really loving this collection of UK videos. Theres so much i didnt know about i'm embarrassed to say!
  • @aprilgreen2006
I'm not even in the dark magic and I know about Alister Crowley. All ways be fascinated with the occult, magic and paranormal, love it. Love the adventures that you guys do.
