He has Narcissistic Personality Disorder. He needs CONSTANT positive reinforcement or his whole psyche will collapse. They are paying that woman to follow him around and print out positive stories about him to keep him from slipping into a deep depression during these trials where all his faults and flaws are being brought out into the open.
