Within the last 4 years I have had a severely-broken arm, a shoulder injury, four back injuries, and recently a left total knee replacement. I have moved to Utah and not paddled in 9 months. This was my first time in the water to see if I could stay in the boat with my knee still healing. Can I still paddle whitewater???
