This was awesome! I identified four core values: 1. kindness 2. growth 3. relationships 4. impact. I'm going to write these out and put them on my wall or my desk or somewhere else visible or all of the above! :)

You provided me with an a-ha moment when you said you can provide your own definition for the value.You do not have to go with dictionary definition.
