That’s one helluva location. To be perfectly situated near Santa Fe Mall is the safest part of Medillin. I’m out there every other month scouting more units to buy! Great great project Will ! 🎉

Excellent Rehab WM!! Minus the furniture what did you spend per square foot on this property? In the DC area for most projects it’s running approximately $90 a square foot. Thx again for sharing and keep pushing Bro. Free Agent From Washington DC
