"You were recommended to me" is how I was approached by a New Customer on the phone, who got my number from a Friend of his. The owner was in need of trimming a long Beech hedge, which consisted of three separate rather heavily overgrown hedges in the front and back Yard. The weather that day was overcast and a little rainy, but that was no hindrance to doing this job which lasted about four hours. And my trailer was fully loaded.
