Little does he know that the sound guy on the video crew is none other than Hall of Fame pitcher and four-time Cy Young Award winner Greg Maddux in disguise. Here’s what happened when Bryant allowed Greg Maddux aka “The Sound Guy” to throw him batting practice.

I like how for Kris he never gets annoyed at how good the "sound guy" is, and he turns from it just being casual to really having a lot of fun. Guy definitely enjoys the game immensely.

That was dope... Even when Kris tried to take it more seriously, he still couldn't get the contact he wanted, but, he enjoyed the experience. True professionalism.

Maddux was simply brilliant, and yes, he looked like an accountant. As a kid it was easy to watch him and imagine myself in his shoes, because he wasn't 6'4", 220#, throwing fire. Just incredible variation and control of velocity, savvy pitch selection and perfect location on every pitch. What a joy to watch him back in the day.

I come back to this every few months cause of just how everybody played their role perfectly, including Bryant (unwillingly). Maddux is a surprisingly good actor too
