  • A lot of people have been asking how much a project like this costs, so we made a video! Check it out here - How Much Does It Cost for DIY House Renovation | Bigger Pockets BRRRR Financial Breakdown https://youtu.be/zNld7aNgoR4 And if you're interested in a slower and more detailed walkthrough of the house you can check out our finale video here - Our House Flip Is Complete! • Itā€™s very satisfying to watch people fix things in fast motion.

Wow what a journey from a dated and worn-out space to a modern and stunning home. The transformation is truly remarkable, and the before-and-after shots are incredibly satisfying to watch.

Iā€™d definitely talk to someone who does a lot of cooking about how to set up your next kitchen. There are ways to optimize a small cooking space.

Love seeing open fires being kept instead of being blocked up. Well done looks nice clean and fresh

2x4s hit $11 with tax here in Chicago. I normally save good studs during demolition when it's convenient, but during that period it was a matter of staying on budget. Nice job. The house looks fantastic! šŸ”ØšŸ‘

Donā€™t rush the beauty shots. Slow down! Thatā€™s why we watch these videos. Also, give us sliced in before of each section. So we can see your nice work. Another suggestion, since you asked, use a less busy butcher block top for the seat next time. It clashes with your pretty floor.

House looks great. What an update! It was really needed.
  • I love to paint and painted inside our entire house.I find it very relaxing esp the taping and cutting in.

302K views! Great work! You are much more brave than I am. If i was replacing a load bearing wall I'd be showing time lapse footage of me shitting myself. I have placed old wall paper in the past. That is the worst!!

Nothing really exciting about the interior but everythingā€™s brand new and done properly for the buyer. There wonā€™t be any unexpected issues.

My man, I also a software engineerā€”backend and embeddedā€”and I long to work with my hands. I started a handyman business and am thinking about buying a rundown house and renovating it. I love it guys, keep it up!

Absolutely LOVE the floor! Great color! I was so worried you were going to go dark and so pleasantly surprised it was such a nice light color. Beautiful renovation. As far as the kitchen goes, I have absolutely no need for a bench in my kitchen, but more cabinets for storage are always welcome. Just a thought.
  • I was hooked from the start! The transformation was incredible to watch, and the timelapse format made it even more captivating.
  • @drdarwinator
Been a while since Iā€™ve seen a fellow Pennsylvanian on YouTube. The house looks fantastic šŸ‘
  • Badass renovation video, thanks for sharing all that work footage
  • @foxgroup23
Looks amazing!!!! Guys did a great job!
  • Looks sooooo much better! Great job! Love the color scheme and the floors look AMAZING!!! Love the lighter wood floors! Gorgeous! Just a little designer tipā€¦. Cabinets that go all the way to the ceiling look more custom, and can be purchased as smaller ones on top of the standard size cabinets for a great overall designer look (but at a fraction of the costšŸ™ƒšŸ˜‰) that was free šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£ again, you guys did a fabulous job!!! šŸŽ‰ P.S. Go slower on the final reveal walk-through next time so we donā€™t get dizzy and especially so we can see all the hard work you did on the kitchen and living room areas of the homeā€¦.
