The worst feeling isn’t being lonely. It’s being forgotten by someone you would never forget......
  • To my dear daughter ❤️ Danielle, which we think of her daily. Even though it will be 14 yrs. since since she died. At the impressive Mayo Clinic Hospital. To our Danielle music was like breathing. From the great artist of the 80/90s. She loved Opera & attended her first opera @ the age of 3 years. She spoke four languages English, Russian , Spanish & Italian. She was so talented Played the Cello, Guitar, piano at an early age. She especially loved Hope Sandoval for obvious reasons. Whenever I hear FADE INTO YOU. My tears flow for my dear Snookie girl. She was very happily married for 10 yrs to our Son in Law who was the salt of Earth. Music is a healer a true gift from God. We know we will see our Danielle again because one thing God cannot do is lie. ¹read Rev. Chaper 21 verses 3 to 5. ¹just one scripture that supports his purpose for mankind. Thank you so much for listening. Sincerely Arnaud Bourbon Amaral ²

third date with my now ex, during the date i took her to a nearby lake and told her i wanted to dance with her. there were too many people, so we decided not to. as i dropped her off back home, i told her lets dance here! in your parking lot, it was in the middle of the night and it was just the two of us... I put on this song and we slow danced together, she told me she was so glad to have met me... we have been together for a year, and life took us to different paths, she was about to leave to Europe for her studies, and i was about to move to Canada for mine... so for our last date, i took her again to her old house, and we danced to this song one last time, and this time i told her i was glad to meet her.. we decided to break up once she moved, she couldn't do long distance its tough and i think about her constantly, but i wish her nothing but the best Its sad, i don't think i will ever meet someone like her ever again thank you for reading

Mazzy captured melancholy in a truthfully pure, painful and vulnerable form, and that's why this song is timeless.

To everyone who can feel this song... sending you love.
  • This song comes in really handy especially when you're stucked in a never ending cycle of unrequited love. Having to acknowledge the possibility that time and time again, those feelings and emotions yearned from one person to another will never be returned. You'd be here listening - fading to the sound and getting lost in the lyrics just as every memory of you enters into oblivion.

I wanna hold the hand inside you I wanna take the breath that's true I look to you when I see nothing I look to you to see the truth You live your life, you go in shadow You'll come upon and you'll go black Some kind of night into your darkness Colours your eyes with what’s not there Fade into you Strange you never knew Fade into you I think it's strange you never knew The strange light comes on slowly A stranger's heart is out of home You put your hands into your head And your smiles cover your heart Fade into you Strange you never knew Fade into you I think it's strange you never knew Fade into you Strange you never knew Fade into you I think it's strange you never knew I think it's strange you never knew

Sometimes you have to keep breaking your heart, until it opens - Rumi

This song feels like that childhoood memory, whether good or bad, that brings a smile to your face, but which is always accompanied by a tear.
  • I played this the day of my sister's funeral... On February 28th will mark my big sisters second year being gone. Everytime I hear it I cry, it replays all the memories, the good, the bad, the cherished, but even more hurtful, her funeral. Long live Janelle V. Warren 💙💙💙💙💙

This song. This song is one of those that can immediately amplify whatever mood you are in. If your spirits are up, this will take them higher. If you are down this song will have you calling a help line. So diverse and beautiful. Hope's ethereal and calm voice is one that I could listen to everyday and never tire of. I just wish there was some way I could download this directly into everyone's mind so that all could enjoy.

I wish I could meet all the people in the comment section, first to hug them, and second because they have really good taste in music
  • @alcyone.x
I've listened to this song a lot over the years. And whenever I listen, it's like watching the sunset. It's like that love that I've been dreaming of is so close and so far away.
  • @jtmanwill
My daughter played this at her wedding, and my 18-year-old stepdaughter heard this for the first time and fell in love with it. My work has been done.
  • Maybe love isn’t for everyone. Maybe the arms of a ghost of a dead relationship is better than the arms of no one
  • It's so helpless, trying to love someone who doesn't seem like they love you back. This song brings those feelings to the surface in a painful way but I need that from time to time
  • @SuperGohan2132
