Man, it's almost macabre in a way seeing the crankshaft still spinning and the connecting rods flop around like arms on a rag doll
-
Makes for a nice abstract industrial art sculpture.
-
I guess arp head studs are really THAT GOOD LMAO
-
Damn, i can see the rod bearing, piston rings and thrust washer flying off!
-
Holy mother of god. That is one heck of an explosion. From the slowmo. The piston near the dynometer was the first to throw a rod or just broke off sending the rest of the block sky high. Thankfully no one was in the room when it happen. I can imagine that block flying towards anybody will proof fatal.

I definitely think the check engine lights on lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
-
Ughh... you guys have heard of JB Weld, right?
-
When that 100 shot of nos Blows the welds on the intake manifold
-
I think this one will stand for a while as "Worst Dyno Explosion" of a Cummins apart.
-
Damn diesel you scary!
-
RIP to the Cummins AND the dyno....that wasn't cheap!
-
To send or not to send that is the question that just got answered!
-
The guy in the booth got a purple heart.
-
Was that the sigma motor or CR?? Takes a pretty big set of balls to let this video go public. Just goes to show you what kind of dedication Lavon and his team have to driving this industry forward. They show the victory but also the defeat. Can’t wait to see what the do next!
-
Hardest thing to clean up after this is the guy in the window's shorts.
-
Absolutely hilarious. The most epic engine explosion I've seen!
-

lavon miller quoting you from your above comments..... " D&J has a new billet block in production stages that will hopefully prove to increase block strength significantly." >>>>>>>>>>>>> I would think this will allow you to increase Turbo volume and PSI even further Allowing even more HP TQ gains so this would seem , not really a failure, but a realization of a weak spot and opportunity to redesign and increase capability the Sky's the limit Now... LOL

That engine was like "Why y'all keep abusing me... fuck this... I'm outta here"
