Action Loader addon for Blender, allows you to manage multiple animations for one character, ideal for game character animations with multiple short actions.

It does a bunch of stuff in the background, sets you action to fake users so you dont loose them, sets start and end frames to each action and applies it to the timeline automatically when you load them.
